Dry Well Hand Held Calibrator
-
Temperatures to 572 F (300 C)
-
The only handheld dry-well available
-
Includes six-point NIST traceable certificate
If you want to check the accuracy of your thermometers and sensors, but you
don't want a bench full of heavy and expensive equipment, the new 9100 HDRC will meet your
needs.
This miniature gem breaks traditional portability standards in
calibrator technology with the industry's first hand held design. Even at 572
F you can wrap your hand around it and take it anywhere. Nothing comes close to its size,
simplicity or convenience.
The 9100 is easy to set up. Plug it in, switch it on and set the temperature you
want to check using the fast up/down buttons on the front panel. Display resolution is 0.1
degree for the precision you need.
Put your thermometer or probe in the hole that best matches it diameter and compare
its reading to the reading on the 9100. The difference is the error in your device. It's
that simple!
To check other temperatures, just change the setting and wait a few minutes.
Because the aluminum block is small and fan-cooled, the 9100 won't take as long to heat
and cool as one of those heftier models.
|
If you don't have any temperature calibration equipment yet, this is a perfect
instrument to start with. The 9100
is just what you need to check industrial thermometers that don't justify using expensive
metrology people and equipment.
|
At this price, you can put several in your plant to
encourage frequent measurement checks!
Each 9100 HDRC includes a NIST traceable calibration certificate with actual
data. The 9100 can be converted in the field from C to F, but you should specify
your preference when you order.
The optional carrying case is virtually unbreakable. Its O-ring gasket and locking
clasps protect the 9100 from moisture or other damage.
